Brian S. Fisher, MBA
President & Senior Financial Advisor
Brian S. Fisher is the President and Senior Financial Advisor at Fisher Financial Associates, bringing over 25 years of specialized experience to the financial services industry. His career began in June 2000 in Myerstown, PA; a decade later, he achieved independence by founding Fisher Financial Associates and relocating the practice to its current home in Womelsdorf.
A native of the Myerstown area, Brian is deeply committed to local stewardship. He has been a dedicated member of the Myerstown-ELCO Rotary for over 25 years, where he chairs the organization’s largest fundraising effort. His community leadership also includes previous service as a Board Member for the Myerstown Community Library and a long-standing commitment to supporting Bethany Children’s Home.
Brian earned his MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University and his BSBA from Kutztown University. He currently resides in Lititz, PA, where he is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Outside of the office, Brian enjoys staying active at the gym, traveling, and hosting gatherings for family and friends.
Donald Z. Haverstick
Financial Advisor
Don Haverstick joined Fisher Financial Associates in 2017 and plays an integral role in helping clients plan for and achieve their long‑term financial goals. Working closely with Brian, Don helps design and implement comprehensive financial and retirement plans that are tailored to each client’s unique needs, priorities, and future plans.
In his role, Don is deeply involved in the day‑to‑day execution and oversight of client strategies. He manages all trading operations, prepares for and follows through on client meetings, and closely monitors investment portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with each client’s objectives. Don also assists clients with Social Security decisions, retirement planning, and related financial inquiries, providing clear, thoughtful guidance throughout the planning process.
Don is known for his strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. These strengths allow him to work efficiently while managing many responsibilities simultaneously, ensuring that client needs are addressed thoroughly and on time. He works extensively with the practice’s financial planning software and oversees the accuracy and integrity of both client and business data. Through careful analysis of reports and ongoing review of financial information, Don helps ensure that recommendations are supported by reliable data and well‑informed insights.
Don earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Delaware Valley College and holds his General Securities Representative (Series 7) and Uniform Combined State Law (Series 66) licenses. He began his career in retail banking before spending nine years in the municipal and structured finance industry, providing him with a broad financial background and a strong foundation in both analytical work and client service.
Outside of the office, Don enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachael, and their three daughters, Natalie, Elaina, and Maci. He values opportunities to travel together as a family and enjoys golfing.
Cathy Harris
Client Services Manager
Cathy joined Fisher Financial Associates in 2021. She enjoys working with clients and providing an excellent customer experience. Cathy handles a wide range of office responsibilities, including setting up new client accounts, processing distributions and contributions, resolving service issues, and managing accounts payable for the office.
Cathy graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She spent 19 years working in the insurance industry and holds a Pennsylvania State Insurance License in Property and Casualty, Life, Accident, and Health. She is also a notary public, allowing her to provide an additional service to our clients.
Outside of the office, Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim. They have a daughter, Heather, a son, Cody, and two grandchildren. In her free time, Cathy enjoys kayaking, going to the gym, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

What important skills or characteristics do you bring to the job?
Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. I also bring compassion, as I enjoy helping people and building strong relationships.
What is something most people don’t know about you?
I have earned a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, where I taught classes and participated in a demonstration team. I also studied Isshinryu karate for six years. My dad and I trained together in both styles, which formed a strong and lasting bond between us.
What is your favorite season and why?
My favorite season is spring because everything is green and blooming. After the cold, dreary days of winter, I love seeing the earth bounce back to life. Spring is a truly beautiful time of year.
What was your favorite family vacation?
Siesta Key, Florida, was my favorite family vacation with my family, sister, and parents. It featured a beautiful beach, lots of laughter, and many wonderful memories.
Barbara Will
Client Services Assistant
Barbara joined Fisher Financial in 2025 and is continuing to learn and grow in her role as she expands her knowledge of the financial services industry. She enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues to help ensure transitions and transactions run smoothly and efficiently.
Barbara resides in Myerstown with her husband, Grant, and has two stepchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crafting, shooting pool, following the Phillies, and spending time at her family cabin.

Strong social skills, a willingness to ask questions, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
What is a bucket list vacation destination?
Barbara and her husband would love to visit Alaska and go on a fishing trip while they’re there.
What’s your favorite thing to do in the summer?
Spending time in the sun reading and following the Phillies — especially alongside her grandmother, who turned 100 in 2025.
