Getting to know Don…
What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
Definitely my attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. With these skills I am able to work efficiently and manage many tasks simultaneously.
On the weekends, you can usually find me…
Working around my house and spending time with my family. If I can manage to pull myself away from those activities you might find me on the golf course or riding my bike.
Who is the biggest influence on your career choice?
Two people really. The first would be my wife, Rachael. She pushes me outside my comfort zone and challenges me to be the best version of myself. My brother-in-law Jeremy has been the most significant mentor to me. He provides me guidance and has always served as a sounding board for me both professionally and personally.
If you could eliminate one thing from your daily routine, what would it be and why?
Washing the dishes! Sometimes it feels like they are never ending. Once I think I am done, more just seem to appear.
What is your favorite Disney movie?
Definitely the original Lion King.
